In addition to the G8 environment ministers, the environment ministers of the emerging countries Brazil, China, India, Mexico and South Africa will participate for the first time. Representatives of the EU Commission, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), the World Conservation Union (IUCN) and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) will also be present.
In order to report from this meeting it is necessary to obtain accreditation and to register for the Press Programme.
